The client bought an old cabin that desperately needed some love. We helped the client design and plan a gut renovation including new floor plan, electrics and plumbing, tiles, cabinets, windows, flooring and more.

This included removing some walls and adding windows for bright, natural light to bring life into the kitchen as well as a complete redesign of the master bathroom into a wet room with custom glass mosaic floor tile designed for an artsy “dry creekbed” style .

Scope of cabin renovation

Complete gut and redesign of kitchen and bath spaces.
Added two windows in the kitchen to bring in natural light.
New custom cabinets to make maximum use of space, new premium appliances, luxury custom quartz countertops, and a subtle complimentary glass backsplash.
Custom engineered wood flooring and new paint throughout.
Redesigned the bathroom for a "wet room"-style layout.
Installed over 150 square feet of custom pink glass wall tile and 80 square feet of custom glass mosaics throughout the bathroom floors.

Cabin remodeling Project workflow:

The original kitchen poorly utilized the space available. Decades old cabinetry, appliances, and tired flooring all needed to go as well to tie in the flow of the space.
Removing a wall and opening up the exterior walls with two windows allowed the space to be and feel much larger.
Bright, modern colors, eye-catching countertops, simple designs, and an open floor plan brought this dated kitchen to life.
A complete redesign of the floorplan, plumbing and lighting, turned this master bathroom into a fun and colorful open bathroom.
