What is the size of the kitchen?

For example if you want to install new floors, a double sized kitchen is double the labor + material.

What is the scope of renovation?

A pull and install new material and same layout will be less expensive than a gut renovation involving moving walls and changing the kitchen layout or adding an island.

Will any plumbing or electrical need to be moved?

If lighting fixtures or plumbing fixtures are simple being swapped out but remain in the same location the cost will be less expensive. However if you are looking to move the location of any of those items, your cost will increase to take into account the extensive plumbing/electrical work behind the dry walls.

What type of material are used?
