Guesthouse ADU Renovation with new Kitchen and Bathroom

This project involve complete gut remodel (moving wall, electrics etc.) of the kitchen and bathroom in this ADU structure.

We worked with the client to completely redesign the space from a workshop space into a fully functional guest-house ADU with kitchen and bath!

We also heped the client choosing the best material that fit their vision while being budget conscious.

Scope of remodeling work

Demolition of existing small kitchenette space, converting back room into fully functional bathroom.
Worked with client to create a "wet room" type bathroom with over 100 square feet of mosaic floor tile that flows seamlessly into the shower.ustom cabinets, premium granite counter tops, and a clean, modern glass tile backsplash, and new recessed lighting.
New custom kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanity.
New appliances plumbing fixtures and ample recessed lighting.
New paint throughout.
Custom granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom.

Guest-house renovation Project workflow:

The client wanted to remodel their “backhouse workshop” into a fully functioning ADO complete with full-sized custom bathroom as well as gut and redesign the small kitchenette into a more full-sized kitchen.
We worked together to design layout and choose budget-friendly but timeless elegant materials in some areas, and custom built cabinetry elsewhere. Including those good looking and budget-friendly ceramic tiles from Lowe’s
